These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of services by OilApply (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“you”, “the client”). By purchasing our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

OilApply offers a service that sends your job application to a curated selection of companies in the energy sector on your behalf. The number of applications and features included are described on our website at the time of your purchase.

3. Order and Payment

All prices are stated in US Dollars and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods available on our website.
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery of Service

After payment, you will receive access to your personal dashboard within 1–2 business days.
You must upload your CV or complete the required information before we can proceed with applications.
We will send your applications within 30 days of receiving your completed information.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

OilApply does not guarantee job placement or employment.
We commit to submitting your application to the specified number of companies, but cannot guarantee responses, interviews, or job offers.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only if we fail to deliver the promised number of applications within the stated timeframe (30 days after receiving your complete information).
No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully delivered.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@oilapply.com within 45 days of your purchase.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Any misleading or false information may result in the cancellation of your service without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

OilApply is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of our service or any interactions with third-party employers.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties outside of application submissions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.
